''Bonjour mademoiselle!'' he greeted her in his own language.
Nare looked at him. She didn't know French well.
''Good morning!'' she replied.
''Do you speak English, monsieur?'' she said to him.
''Yes, I do. My name is Pierre. I am working for Air France. I am a pilot. I still have some time before I start my flight. May I sit at your table?'' he said.
''Do please!'' Nare whispered in her tired voice.
''What's your name?'' he asked her at once.
''Nare,'' she answered, smiling.
The coins were still lying on her table.
Pierre looked at the coins and said, ''Nare, wouldn't you mind if I pay for our coffee? It would be my pleasure.''
''Thank you, monsieur,'' she whispered with a shy smile.
''Do call me Pierre,'' he said.

The Pilot is a lyrical, spiritual, and psychological novel that blends realism with symbolism, dreams, and inner monologue.

Llueve y no estás aquí
tus manos tiemblan
mi mirada se fatiga
suplico tus labios
ofreces tu esencia
recibo las gotas
se humedece tu alma
mis sueños se muestran
y generan prontitud.
Es en esta tormenta
en que, contigo, se han
han cubierto anhelos
tápame con tu cuerpo
líbérate de frescura
revísteme con tus letras
dime más palabras
que las haré eternas.
La ventisca ha iniciado y
tu espera ha dado voz
acogiendo proteccion;
deseándonos juntos,
implorando y gritando:
sabiéndote mío...
jurándome tuya.
Y, de ésta forma,
se excluyen los fríos
con fogajes de cuerpos
se desbaratan incendios
se desploman borrascas
y acontecen momentos.

One Wing of Hope is a poetry book to inspire the broken hearts of many who are still struggling through hardship and can not get back up again to gain serenity and sanity to make there life so much better. My goal as an author is to give them hope through my poem-writing lifestyle with joy upon their hearts to see the difference and changes in the future.

el que no se resuelve
y aun así permanece.
