I recently received a moving letter that began, “𝗧𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹 𝗜 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁.” Its words - a heartfelt hope for a sincere connection that begins with conversation, grows through friendship, and unfolds in God’s time - reminded me of Ralph Waldo Emerson’s quote:
“𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦.” 🌺
Thank you to the author for sharing such a beautiful, hopeful composition — one filled with faith, patience, and the promise of human connection. I read it as a heartfelt piece of writing and truly enjoyed every word. It’s so touching, I’m tempted to share it. Perhaps it came from a writer — or someone with a writer’s heart. Just a guess.
