As a young girl i had a love for notebooks and fancy pens, mainly ink pens. You know the old fashioned kind of fountain pens. I still do at 53 years of age. Funny how some things do not leave us. I had lots of manuscripts some half finished and some completed but never published anything till last year, till my other dog Rainbow died. What started off as a mission to publish the children's books i had written about Rainbow and my other dog, Barney turned into something else. Egg Butties was 5 years in the making. Me reliving my experiences good and bad from living in a van full time. Between SWEDEN AND Wales, i wrote it as if I was there again. Evey detail just as I remembered. The funny parts and the parts no other van lifer shares on the glamorous insta pages for van life living. It has been so hard at times, the freezing weather, the break downs, the mishaps, but i have learnt so much about myself i wont ever change any of it.
