Crimson snow has fallen over Moscow for thirteen days, spreading sickness, death, and something far worse through the ruined city. After losing his wife, Olga, Sergei Volkov follows rumors of the catastrophe’s origin to the abandoned Vostok Labs.
Inside, he discovers signs of a failed experiment, creatures that should not exist, and voices whispering from within the storm. One of them belongs to Olga.
As the snowfall tightens its grip on the world, Sergei must descend into the secrets of Vostok Labs and determine whether the voice calling to him is a promise of salvation—or one final lure into the dark.
