Where Light Meets Life
The morning sun rises soft and bright,
whispering "good morning" to the world.
Some days the sky stays wrapped in clouds —
and that is okay too.
I am still here, breathing it all in.
When the rain comes, it washes everything clean —
dust, worry, the heavy things we carry.
Rain falls like tears, both happy and sad,
and after the storm, there it is:
a rainbow painting the sky in color,
a promise that light always returns.
In nature I find stillness —
as if I have stepped into a quieter, gentler time.
The wind speaks in soft words I do not need to translate.
The sunset stays, just long enough to remind me:
beauty does not ask to stay forever —
it only asks that I notice it while it is here.
Every dawn is a new chance.
Every dusk is a quiet rest.
And I — I am learning to love every part of it all.
