I started from zero, and my growth happened over time. I faced barriers, kept learning, and held on to my faith while working toward something I believed in. 🙏
That journey inspired me to create Faith and the Work.
I wanted to give people something they could return to when they feel stuck, question their ability, or need help turning an intention into action.
Inside this 150-page book and workbook, I explore faith, discipline, clearer thinking, confidence, and overcoming fear. There are practical exercises, relatable scenarios, and a thirty-day guided journal to help you apply the ideas to your own life.
You don’t have to be building an Instagram page like I was. You might be pursuing a career, starting a business, or simply trying to keep a promise to yourself. Your goal matters, even before anyone else notices it.
My hope is that these pages help you see your next step more clearly—and have a little more faith while taking it.

Mum-ictionary™ : B1 for Bother

Mum’s coined term for the many ways she keeps me busy with requests (or her loving way of bothering or interrupting my day with things she's wanted me to do for her):

• B1: Timing her leg elevation
• B2: Fetching her glasses from the dining table so she can play June’s Journey, or
• B3: Asking whether she can play in bed with her legs elevated.

At one point, she realized she'd gone as far as seven "bothers" in just minutes.
