Casandra has returned from Siren's Hollow with the Crystal of Tides, the first of five crystals she must retrieve in order to defeat and banish the Dark Lord, who seeks to dominate the world.
A former foster child in the modern world, Casandra has been thrust into a world where she was created by the gods to be the Godchild. She must come to terms with the fact that she was created for one purpose, and learn about herself and her powers, and learn how to use those powers to defeat evil.
