Once a book is published, it’s permanently registered. This means the content of the published version cannot be edited—part of the blockchain-based immutability that protects ownership.
If you want to update or fix the book, you can publish a new version. It will appear as a separate item on the platform. Readers can then purchase or access the updated version. However, the original version remains available to those who already purchased it and can still be resold (if reselling was enabled).
If you want the older version hidden from public view, you can request that we manually remove it from the showcase or search. It will still be accessible to previous buyers, but won’t be visible to new readers—giving your updated version priority.
That said, older versions may become more popular over time, so there’s no need to rush. Some readers may prefer the original edition and choose to resell it, which could add to its appeal and visibility.
