The People's Coalition of Planet Earth (PCPE) represents a transnational movement infrastructure grounded in Pragmatic Egalitarian Communism-a doctrine of Revolutionary Realism designed to implement universal human wellbeing through systematic transformation of global economic, political, and social structures. This paper presents the PCPE as the organizational manifestation of centuries of liberation struggle, synthesized into a unified political identity capable of addressing the converging crises of late capitalism through empirically grounded, morally anchored, and strategically coherent action.
