The Integrated Engineering Stewardship Framework (IESF) is a framework I developed to help engineers look beyond the technical side of their work. It brings together engineering excellence, safety, environmental responsibility, energy efficiency, sustainability, and organizational accountability in everyday engineering decisions.
To support the framework, I developed the Integrated Engineering Stewardship Maturity Model (IESMM) to help organizations understand where they currently stand and identify areas for improvement. I also developed the Integrated Engineering Stewardship Assessment Tool (IESAT 700) as a structured way to assess engineering stewardship practices and measure progress.
Together, these tools provide a practical approach for organizations to assess, improve, and strengthen how engineering contributes to safe, efficient, sustainable, and resilient operations.
