A fake pagan shaman conning wealthy people into paying for spiritual retreats at his remote mountain home has his disbelief in the spiritual world tested when a demonic presence haunts him after a ritual gone wrong.
If you were someone who did not believe in spirits, ghosts, or anything at all that goes bump in the night, then messing around with the occult would mean nothing to you. It would have no consequences.
Well what if you did mess around and found out that you were dead wrong: that everything you laughed off was real, and everything you did... has a consequence.
