Her parents’ story ended with happily ever after. Hers begins with a curse.
As the daughter of Emma Swan and Captain Hook, Hope Jones-Swan has grown up surrounded by stories of impossible courage, dangerous magic, and love powerful enough to break curses. Now, leaving Storybrooke for college in Crown Heights, she finally has the chance to discover who she is beyond her family’s legends.
But fairy tales have followed her to Brooklyn.
Behind familiar faces are people who have forgotten their true identities. Beneath ordinary lives lie stolen histories. A Dark Curse has trapped fairy-tale characters in a world where they cannot remember what they have lost—and Hope finds herself drawn into the fight to free them.
With new friendships tested and danger closing in, being the Savior’s daughter is no longer enough. Hope must unravel the curse and confront the power behind it, knowing that the people she wants to protect may not even recognize the danger they are in.
Her family’s stories taught her to believe that evil could be defeated. Living her own will force her to discover what that victory costs.
Once Upon a Time – After Ever After opens a new chapter of magic, secrets, and fragile loyalties, where one generation’s happy ending leaves another with everything to lose.
Every Savior has a story. This one belongs to Hope.
